PROYECTO PtMe: Nuevo sistema para la obtención de metanol renovable: Power to Methanol.

CURVASTUR, S.L. persigue desarrollar un sistema de vectorización de la materia carbonosa (CO2) mediante un reactor catalítico hacia la fijación de hidrógeno verde abordando un nuevo proceso de síntesis o tecnologías de valorización, que proporcionen una conversión eficiente del CO2 residual e hidrógeno verde en combustible sostenible (e-metanol).

PROYECTO PtA: Investigación en nuevos procesos de síntesis industrial que permitan la obtención de Amoniaco, como vector (combustible verde), a partir de fuentes energéticas de origen renovable.

CURVASTUR, S.L. está llevando a cabo la investigación de un sistema de vectorización de hidrógeno verde para la producción de amoníaco como portador de energía, mediante nuevos procesos de síntesis industrial libres de carbono que permitan la obtención de Amoniaco como vector (combustible verde), a partir de fuentes energéticas de origen renovable.

The aim of this project is the study for the specialization in the execution of butt welds and in tube-plate format by means of TIG (GTAW) and Orbital TIG processes in austenitic steels resistant to corrosion.

PROJECT: Automated Orbital Welding Equipment.

The purpose of this project is to expand CURVASTUR's manufacturing capacity through the acquisition of an automated orbital welding equipment. CURVASTUR through the acquisition of an automated orbital welding equipment for low carbon steel pipes for low alloy carbon steel and stainless steel pipes with diameters between 10 mm and 80 mm.

This project aims to address the challenges in manufacturing using lightly alloyed materials, thermofluent or thermoresistant steels slightly alloyed materials, thermofluent or thermoresistant steels, designed to improve the resistance to thermofluence and used for high temperature works, as well as alloyed steels type 13Cr or 10Cr and stabilized stainless materials type 347 with high carbon content.

The project aims to carry out an experimental development focused on the product, so that from the use of elements and product, so that from the use of advanced instrumentation elements and techniques (enablers of industry 4. 0) allows to monitor and control waste heat recovery equipment or enthalpy of industrial processes, thus obtaining a much more technological and competitive product as an intelligent system for decision making to identify, quantify and evaluate opportunities for energy recovery of “waste” in industrial processes, becoming a competitive advantage through improved results in terms of energy consumption, in addition to the contribution to improving the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
