We have various international welding engineers, welded construction inspectors and non-destructive testing technicians with Level II certification; all of them with extensive experience in the inspection of boilers and pressure vessels “in situ”“.

We also have exclusive agreements with leading metallurgical laboratories and institutions and an engineering department with the capacity to simulate mechanical/thermo-hydraulic failures using CFD-ANSYS computer tools.

All this allows us to diagnose the actual condition and status of the pressure parts of the boilers/exchangers/headers/others..., to propose future actions for their correct maintenance and use, and to solve the repetitive failures in tubes, manifolds, etc...
